Today I was in Stuttagart ,the capital city of Baden Wurttemberg .It is a home of Porsche and Mercedes Benz.BW is one of the leading economic and innovative regions.It accounts more than 15% of German GDP.The region is the largest exporter of Germany.
In the state ,there are 619,311 small and medium enterprises.There are also over 15 renowned textile industries in the state.It is to be noted that Germany is our largest importer of garment,textile and coffee.
I had fruitfull discussion with the state minister Mrs .Theresa Schopper, assistant to the Minister President of the state of BW. The State Minister promised me a high level delegation
headed by the Economy and Trade Minister
have decided to visit Ethiopia by 2020.Furthermore ,we discussed on twinnings between universities and cities .
I also would like to thank Dr Thomas our Honorary Consul in Baden Württemberg who joined me at the State Chancellory .
